Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Once of the order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular returns policy.

If you cancel your order, we will issue a full refund minus a 15% cancellation fee to cover the payment processing fees charged by our payment provider.

Returns Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms of our return policy:

  1. 30-Day Return Window
    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product if there is any issue with its quality or functionality.

  2. 90-Day Results Guarantee
    We stand by the effectiveness of our product. If you don’t see results after using it as directed for 90 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
    • All accessories and all product pieces must be returned.
    • Damaged items may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after inspection.

  4. How to Initiate a Return
    To start the return process:

    • Email our customer service team at support@trylumidermis.com.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions, including the return address.

    Please note:

    • The item must be shipped via a trackable mail service.
    • The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
    • Items sent back without prior approval from our customer support team will not be accepted.
  5. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • Any item returned damaged or missing components not due to our error.
    • Return requests submitted after the applicable time frames (30 days or 90 days for the results guarantee).

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or has begun malfunctioning, email us at support@trylumidermis.com so we can get a replacement sent out to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.
